What the warranty is designed to cover
Products sold by NAILED BIKES may include a limited manufacturer or supplier warranty against confirmed defects in materials or workmanship during normal, intended use. Coverage length and eligible components vary by model. The product listing, supplied manual, warranty card, or written confirmation from our support team provides the controlling model-specific terms.
Potentially covered
- A component confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
- An electrical or structural issue that occurs during normal intended use.
- A covered replacement part approved through the claims process.
How support may resolve it
After diagnosis, the appropriate remedy may include troubleshooting guidance, an approved replacement component, repair direction, or another solution available under the applicable product warranty. Approval is required before work or replacement.
